We can offer either a guaranteed fixed fee whereby a fee will be decided at the beginning of your case taking into account the complexity of your matter. Once decided upon we guarantee we will not charge you any more than this or you can chose to instruct us at an hourly rate.

You are going to admit a road traffic offence and you wish a solicitor to write a letter to the Magistrates Court making representations for you as to your sentence.

You are going to admit a road traffic offence and you wish for a lawyer to attend the Magistrates Court in person and make representations on your behalf.

Arguing exceptional hardship:
You are going to admit a road traffic offence (e.g. speeding) and you may be disqualified through having too many penalty points and you wish for a lawyer to argue for you in the court that you should not be disqualified because otherwise you or others will suffer exceptional hardship.

You are going to admit a road traffic offence and you wish for a lawyer to attend Court and to argue that there are special reasons why you should not be disqualified (for an offence such as drink driving) or have points imposed on your licence (for an offence such as no insurance).

You wish to be represented in the Magistrates Court by a lawyer in relation to a road traffic matter and have all preparation carried out from the initial charge or summons right through to and including the trial.

If you prefer to you may pay us at an hourly rate of £180 per hour (plus VAT).
If you win your case or if it is dropped you will be entitled to apply to the state to recover all or part of the fees paid to us.
